These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Apollo Health website, communications, and services. Apollo Health is operated by Oitlo Solutions Inc. (“Apollo Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, submitting information to us, applying for employment or staffing opportunities, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Apollo Health Services

Apollo Health provides healthcare staffing, recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, workforce support, and related employment services. We may communicate with applicants, candidates, clinicians, employees, healthcare facilities, clients, and other business contacts regarding recruiting, hiring, onboarding, credentialing, assignments, scheduling, compliance requirements, and related operational matters.

Submission of an application or information to Apollo Health does not guarantee employment, placement, an assignment, a particular rate of pay, or any other employment outcome.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the Apollo Health website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with website operations, gain unauthorized access to systems or information, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, or use our services in a manner that violates applicable law.

3. Information You Provide

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when communicating with Apollo Health, including contact information, employment history, professional licenses, certifications, credentialing documents, and other information relevant to recruiting, onboarding, employment, or staffing services.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Apollo Health may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with individuals who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive text messages from Apollo Health.

• Program Name: Apollo Health SMS Program.
• Program Purpose: Employment-related and staffing-related communications with individuals who have applied for employment with Apollo Health, are participating in Apollo Health recruiting, hiring, onboarding, credentialing, or assignment processes, or are Apollo Health employees or workers receiving operational employment communications.
• Message Types: Messages may include application follow-up, interview scheduling and reminders, application status updates, requests for information or documents, onboarding and credentialing updates, screening or clinic appointment information, compliance reminders, assignment-related information, scheduling updates, and other employment-related communications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the individual’s application, recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, assignment, employment, or operational activity.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any Apollo Health text message to opt out of further SMS messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Apollo Health at help@apollousa.org.
• Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment, placement, purchase, or receiving services from Apollo Health.
• Third-Party Marketing: Apollo Health does not use this SMS program to send third-party job advertisements, third-party lead-generation messages, or unrelated third-party marketing communications.

5. SMS Consent and Opt-In

You may consent to receive text messages from Apollo Health through methods made available by Apollo Health, including a website or written form with the required SMS disclosure, verbal consent, inbound SMS, or another documented consent method permitted by applicable law and carrier requirements.

By opting in, you authorize Apollo Health to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provided for the purposes described in these Terms. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

6. SMS Opt-Out and Help

To stop receiving Apollo Health SMS messages, reply STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and should no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging number unless you later opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or email help@apollousa.org.

7. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on network availability, your device, your carrier, and other factors outside Apollo Health’s control.

8. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is governed by the Apollo Health Privacy Policy available at https://www.apollousa.org/privacy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Employment and Assignment Information

Information about positions, assignments, schedules, compensation, start dates, facilities, and other employment-related matters may change. Final employment or assignment terms are governed by the applicable written employment, offer, assignment, or client documentation, not by general website content or SMS messages.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website or communications may include links to third-party services used for recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, screening, scheduling, document collection, or related operations. Apollo Health is not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of third-party websites or services.

11. Intellectual Property

The Apollo Health website and its content, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Apollo Health or Oitlo Solutions Inc., unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use our protected materials except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Apollo Health does not guarantee that the website or communications will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Health and Oitlo Solutions Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Apollo Health website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after an update is subject to the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply.
